Sue was a very dear and close friend. She was one of the first people to welcome me to Tolono some 66 years ago. We immediately bonded especially when we found out that we shared the same birthday. From then on we referred to ourselves as "Twins" and celebrated our day whenever we could. She was my maid of honor when I married and later visited me in Washington State and Connecticut, and I visited her whenever I came back to Illinois for a visit. She was one of the kindest, most loving friends I have ever had and I will miss her every day. Sending love and prayers to her beautiful family. RIP my friend.

Sue was a huge part of girls sports at Unity. She often worked the state track meet. Her brownies were a part of many post game celebrations or a sweet way to handle a loss.

From her brownies in high school to her bringing me pictures of a "Lori Wilson park" on her travels, Sue was one of the nicest people I have ever known. I pray she is at peace.
