Nancy Carter Obituary

URBANA - Nancy Jo Carter, 88, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025.

She was prededed in death by her beloved husband, Chester Carter; son, Forrest Carter; mother, Rose Ella Scaggs; and father, Homer Caldwell.

Celebration of life services will be from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, at Heath & Vaughn Funeral Home, 201 N. Elm St., Champaign.
