LINCOLN - Randall "Randy" Alan Feese, 65, of Lincoln passed away on Friday (June 27, 2025) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
He was born on Sept. 28, 1959, in Lincoln, to Charles Feese and Beverly Jones Feese.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Randy married the love of his life, Lisa Pecot, on Jan. 18, 1986, in Houston. Together they raised two daughters.
Randy leaves behind a legacy of kindness, humor and love.
His memory lives on in his wife, Lisa; daughters, Melissa (Scott) Jones and Brittany (Andrew) Boston; cherished grandsons, Cayson and Deacon Boston; mother, Beverly Clark; sister, Lisa (Gary) Ramlow; and nieces and nephews.
Randy had a passion for his family, golf, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Green Bay Packers. He had an infectious laugh that turned strangers into friends and friends into family. You never left a conversation with Randy without a smile. Above all, Randy adored being "Pops" to his grandsons, Cayson and Deacon. Whether he was teaching them how to swing a baseball bat or just being silly in the backyard, those boys were his heart and soul. His goofy grin lives on in their smiles, and his playful spirit will echo in their laughter for years to come.
In Randy's honor, wear your favorite team jersey, tell a corny joke, or hit the golf course. And if you hear a chuckle in the wind or smell freshly cut grass on a still day, know that Randy's still with us, reminding us not to sweat the small stuff ... unless it's a Packers playoff game. Then it's okay.
We love you, Randy. Keep the jokes coming from heaven.
A memorial gathering for Randy will be on Monday, July 7, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Randy's name to Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
