Beverly Ann Unger (nee Dorrington), age 71 of Concord Twp., formerly of Mentor, passed away September 19th, 2022 at University Hospitals with her family by her side. She was born in Cleveland, February 23rd, 1951 to the late Hubert and Lee Joyce Dorrington.Bev started her career as an accountant for many small businesses and then she moved onto home health care where she was in high demand for her extraordinary loving care. She enjoyed bowling and taught figure skating at the Mentor Civic Center. She loved her family.Bev is the loving wife of the late Robert “Bob” Unger; dearest mother of Erica “Ricci” Boslay, Leesa Unger and Jacob Unger; beloved grandmother of Christopher (Ashley Dunlap) Malone and Antonio Figueroa; she was an expected great grandmother to a baby girl; cherished sister of Michael Dorrington and the late William Dorrington; aunt of many.The Unger family will receive friends from 2:00 – 6:00 PM Sunday, September 25th at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville.
