To the Booher Family-
Both Gary and I send on our wonderful thoughts and memories of your mom. My mom worked with her for many years at State Street Elementary School. We always found her full of excitement for all the children, parents, and staff she served. I just remember her hustle and bustle as she walked through the halls always trying to get things done.

During the time that I was principal of State Street Elementary School, Bettye served as our librarian. Not only was she an excellent one she was always willing to assist with school events that is not typical of a librarian to do. I will always remember her laughter, smile and enjoyment she had doing this...especially during the holidays. I extend my sincere condolences to the Booher family in your loss. May you find comfort in the memories and love you have for your mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

To the Booher family, Sending our condolences to all of you on the loss of your mother. I worked with Bettye at State Street School, for fifteen years. I always considered her a dear friend and mentor. She was such a sweet woman with a big heart. I also came to know many family members through Bettye. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.
