Ernest Molnar Obituary
He was born Sept. 16, 1928, in Cleveland, the son of Ernest Leo and Agnes (Stanko) Molnar.
A lifelong resident of the area, he graduated from Newbury High School and attended Heidelberg College for two years. Ernie married Sophia Warszawski. They were married 28 years. He enjoyed gardening, traveling, and finish carpentry work.
Mr. Molnar was a carpenter and retired from A.M. Higley Company in Cleveland.
He will be missed by his friends and loving family including his wife, Sophia "Sue"; four daughters, Lori Rider of Wickliffe, Barbara (Jim) Breitsch, Donna (Ron) Samsa, both of Willoughby, and Marilyn Wata of Mentor; four grandchildren, Patrick, Jamie, Nicole and Valerie; sister-in-law, Dorothy of Eustis, Fla.; and cousin, Ann Marie Martin of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Charles Molnar.
A gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland, OH 44119.
Russell Funeral Service in Middlefield is assisting family with arrangements.

Dear Sue, Sam and the rest of the family,
Even though I have never met you, Sue, or Ernie, I feel as though you are good friends. Sam and I have know each other a long time and she has made me part of your family by sharing her stories of you and Ernie. I'm so grateful to have known Ernie and you through Sam's eyes. Ernie sounded like a kind and wonderful man. I'm truly very sorry for your loss.

MOLNAR FAMLY. ERNIE AND I WERE IN THE SAME CLASS AT NEWBURY SCHOOL UNTIL HE ENROLLED AT THE VALLEY FORGE MILITARY ACADEMY.THE LAST TIME WE CHATTED WAS AT GEAUGA DAY IN MT. DORA, FLORIDA A FEW YEARS AGO. MAY HE REST IN PEACE AND THE FAMILY RECALLS ALL THE GOOD TIMES THEY HAD TOGETHER.
