Funeral services for Frank A. Zallnick, 88, of Euclid, will be 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2011, at Jakubs & Son Funeral Home, 936 E. 185th St., Cleveland.
Mr. Zallnick passed away May 24, 2011, in Wickliffe.
Born Jan. 14, 1923, in Gilbert, Minn., he had lived in Cleveland before moving to Euclid.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Mr. Zallnick was a retired machinist from Horsborgh Scott Company.
He was the beloved husband of Mary (Zgonc); loving father of Frank (Tammy); stepfather of John (Janet) Zgonc, Donna (Phil) Yan, Marilyn (Sam) Butcher and Carol (Frank) Mastalski; a dear grandfather and great-grandfather; brother of Tom; and brother-in-law of Helene.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia; brother, Anthony; and sister-in-law, Betty.
Friends may call from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2011, at Jakubs & Son Funeral Home, 936 E. 185th St., Cleveland, OH 44119. The Rev. Joseph Fortuna of Our Lady of the Lake Parish will officiate. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale, Ariz.
