George Dudash Obituary

George P. Dudash Sr., 87, of Wickliffe, passed away Jan. 17, 2013, at home surrounded by his family.
He was born July 2, 1925, in Orient, Pa.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, serving in the Pacific Theatre. He was also a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
Mr. Dudash retired from Lincoln Electric, where he worked as a tool crib attendant/machinist, after 51 years of service.
Survivors are his sons, Kenneth (Colleen) Dudash, Greg (Terri) Dudash and George Dudash Jr.; grandchildren, Ken and Michael, Brian and Matthew, Amanda (Josh) Schramm, and Stephanie (Mike) Riffle; great-grandchildren, Cody and Taylor Riffle; siblings, Margaret Gruenthaner and Ethel Dudash, both of New York; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ann M. (Halutick) Dudash; parents, Charles and Margaret Dudash; and brothers, Charles, Andrew and John Dudash.
Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.
Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland OH 44119.
