Rodney Yoder Obituary

Rodney L. Yoder, 54 of Middlefield, passed away on January 9th, 2021, at UH Geauga from complications due to COVID. We've cried our tears and mourned our loss. Now we give our grieving hearts relief by coming together to celebrate all the wonder that was Rod. Whether you knew him for a short time or a long time, you saw how special of a person he was and how he positively impacted so many lives, just with his presence.Rod leaves behind his wife, Marla of 23 years, his children Zoey and Grayson, his mother Kathryn Yoder; brother Brian (Chrystal) Yoder; sister, Jennifer Yoder, his father-in-law Clifford Salona, nieces, nephews, and the rest of his family and friends. Rod is preceded in death by his father Joe Yoder. His mother-in-law Diane Salona passed away after Rodney on March 2, 2021.To properly celebrate and honor such a remarkable person, one that we were all fortunate enough to have been part of, please join us at 3:00 to 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at our home, 15810 Kenwood Drive, Middlefield, Ohio. It is our hope that through this celebration, we will all leave with smiles and fond memories and Rod's spirit in our hearts.
