Dear Frank, we are sorry to hear about your Son. As the years go by we are seeing more of our Family and friends going to sit with God. I think back about all the fine men and women I worked with in the E.C.P.D.
Phyllis and I are doing well and are Praying for you and your Family. I will never forget what a great Police Officer you were.
