CHRISTOPHER CHISHOLM Obituary

Christopher Jon Chisholm passed away on Jan. 22, 2010 after a long struggle with Multiple Sclerosis. He was born to Jon & LuAnn "Betsy" Chisholm on May 27, 1968. He graduated from Stout College in Menominee, WI with a Hotel and Resturant Administration degree. He worked for the La Quinta Hotel Chain and US Food Distribution. He is survived by his Mother & Father, Jon & Betsy Chisholm; one brother and family, Dr. Chad & Meredith Chisholm of Raleigh, N.C.; two nephews, Connor and Hayes Chisholm also of Raleigh, N.C; his maternal Grandmother, Marie Held of Cascade, WI.; Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins, Kay and Joe Schneider & family of Cascade, Wi., Byron & Nancy Held & family of Crivitz, WI., James & June Chisholm & family of Plymouth WI. He is further survived by many friends and his beloved cat, Chica. A private Memorial Service will be held. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for the Port Orange Hospice and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The Family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the entire staff of the Port Orange Hospice, for the special care given to Chris and support to the family.

Chissy will always be remembered in by heart, he was a good friend, he will be missed. I will miss his smile and the phone calls reminding me "5 minutes till Jeopardy", Until we meet again my friend.
