Oh my goodness, Tim was in the hospital and I never read a news paper. I am so terribly sorry I missed this. I truly loved Dr. John and of course all of you. What a shock as he has been on my mind for a couple of weeks as I ran into some old patients of his and they asked how he was. Wow, I will see them in the future and will have to give this the bad news.
