Dearest Aunt Lola: I am so sorry for your tremendous loss of your beloved Lee. Uncle Lionel will always have a special place in my childhood memories. He was a wonderful brother to my father and I am so grateful. I will always remember when he volunteered to go to the Vietnam War early so my Dad could come home to his family. He touched our lives in such a significant way. I pray that God will bless you in your sorrow and give you his peace.
Much Love in Gods Grace

Lola-
We are thinking of you during this difficult time- I will have fond memories of meeting you and Lee at the POW reunions and visiting you in Florida. Rather fitting that Lee and Griff enter Heaven together - they were buddies til the end and even after...... They were both great men....and will never be forgotten.
Love and Prayers to you-

Dear Lola,
Lionel was such a good guy. He and Ed had a special bond and loved each other very much. I still remember him coming in our house and yelling "Hey Brother"! The memories I have of the station and the many adventures we all had there are priceless such as the "cat lady" and other odd customers.
My prayers are with you.
Love,
Mary

Aunt Lola: I know that everyone else called him Lee, but we Michaud kids always thought of him only as Uncle Lionel. Such great memories of his comraderie with Dad, and all of the funny times at the garage. (Especially when he intervened for me and Ed when Dad was irritated with us!) Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I hope you take some comfort in the memories of a good life well lived.
Love, Scott

Dear Aunt Lola: Susan, Joey, Jessie, Becky, and I are so very sad to hear about the passing of Uncle Lionel. I loved him so very much. Some of my fondest childhood memories are when my brother Scott and I worked for Lee and my Dad at the "Michaud Brothers Garage & Service Station." I also have wonderful memories of all of us spending many fun days at the beach. I love you very much.

Dear Lola, my deepest sympathies to you and family.Lee was a good person and will be missed by many. My grand sons, Jesse and Jay and I will always have fond memories. Lee taught them how to raise the flags at Ocean Watch Condos. They were so proud at their Show and Tell in school back in Michigan. It was great to know him.

Please accept the condolences of the Morris family. I did not get to meet Lee, however the members of the Legion of Honor have very fond memories of him. It is my honor to be a member of the same group as Lee.
