RONALD WINTON Obituary

My loving friend passed away Jan. 3. Ron was a local contractor for 37 years and for 16 years in Canada, his birthplace. He was a loyal friend to myself and all who knew him. He attended St. Michael's School in Canada. He was on a hockey team in Canada, was an avid snow skiier, loved piloting his own boat and plane, fathered three daughters, Geri, Kathy, and Vanessa, one adopted daughter, Giselle, and six grandchildren in Canada. His parents predeceased him. He accepted my children, Jarrod Yates-Childers and Kelly Beasley as his own, and four grandchildren, Zack, Marissa, Abigail and Jarrod Yates-Childers Jr, who was with him regularly. He was part of our family. We will miss him greatly. Memorial Services will be at Westside Baptist Church Sanctuary, 1085 Mason Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 from 2pm-4pm, Saturday Jan. 14th, 2012 with family and friend time following in the Social Hall.
