I am Joan Lucas (Van Buren Street, Uniondale, NY). My parents were friends of Rosalie and Peppy. I am so sorry for your lose, she was a beautiful and loving woman. I used to babysit for both Nicky and Stevie. My sister and I wished we could have gotten in touch with Rosalie and Peppy. Wonderful couple with beautiful children with endless eyelashes. Please give your father our best and know that we are truly sorry for your great loss. I am on FB is your dad feels like getting in touch. May your beautiful mom rest in peace.

I had the pleasure of meeting both of your delightful and fun parents a few years ago and they were so in love! I never forgot that. I could see they were very happy spending time with you Nick, you were such a loving and caring son. I know how you must miss them both.

I was so saddened to hear of Rosalie's passing. All I know is that she raised a great caring and loving family and is the mother of one of my best friends, Steve a/k/a, Peppy, who is one of the best men I have ever known, next to his father, the Real "Peppy". I will never forget the first time I met her over 20 years ago and her kindness and acceptance. The legacy of love she has left is priceless. I thank God that He allowed our paths to cross. Dear Mom,
Words cannot reflect all the love and respect I have for you. I know in my heart that we will walk together "somewhere over the rainbow". Thank you for being such a wonderful mother and showing me the meaning of faith in Jesus Christ our Lord and our God.
