A Celebration of Life for Victor Torrey Small, 41, DeLand, will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Mt. Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, 710 West Cincinnati Avenue, DeLand, Pastor Terry L. Brown and Pastor Burt L. McBryde, officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM at Cusack Mortuary. Burial will follow the services at Union Cemetery, DeLand. Born in DeLand on June 23, 1975 to the Marva Carr and Donald Small, he graduated from DeLand High School and later worked for Covidien. "Vic" was a loving family man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He leaves to cherish his memories: his parents: Marva Carr and Donald Small; his significant other, Veronica Woulard; his children: Nytoreya Tania Small; Victor Torrey Small Jr.; his stepchildren: Shauntis, Quantis, Lateal and Charles (CJ) Woulard Jr.; sisters and brothers: Bridgel Williams (Gene), Marvis Carr (Lawanna), Jarvis Carr (Shana), Dontay Small, Kysha Small, Marshallus Small; he was preceded in death by a brother: Michael Carr; he also leaves behind a host of loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
