Donald Byrley Obituary

Donald W. Byrley I, of Springfield, was born February 29, 1932, in Evansville, Indiana, and passed from this earth on December 10, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Wanda Mae Byrley; a daughter, Pamela Kaye Byrley; brothers, Jack LaVerne, William Arthur, Bobby Byrley and Albert Thompson.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Sue; sons, Donald Wayne Byrley II, Keith Allen Byrley and wife Tamera, Christopher Dwayne Byrley and fiance Latisha Pennington; daughter, Melinda Sue Hanshaw and husband Jeffrey, of West Plains; sister, Sharon Helen; brother, Ralph Richard Byrley; 19 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Don umpired for the West Town Softball complex and was a Los Angeles Dodgers fan.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 13th, from 6 to 8 p.m., in Eastlawn Funeral Home, 2244 E. Pythian, Springfield, Mo. The funeral will be on Tuesday, December 14th, at 1 p.m.
