Thinking of you in these times of turmoil in our country and around the world. Always a steadying influence and thoughtful voice of reason. Betty, your wonderful partner in life joined you this past May. Though sad to see her passing, wonderful to have you two reunited. Rest in peace my dear friends.

Think of you often my dear, dear friend. I know you are up there having a wonderful glass of scotch and sharing stories with President Hill. Your circle of friends was broadened up there this week with the passing of Dale Dunlop. Thank you for all your kindness and guidance over many years.

As I stated before Jack Moore was one of the finest men I ever knew. I looked upon him with great admiration and respect. I always enjoyed being around Jack Moore. Whether he welcomed you with a hearty hand shake or his bear hug you knew you were in the presence of a great man. His respect throughout the Labor community was unparalleled. I was honored to have served as an International Officer during his tenure. Still missed and thought of often.
