Norma Carpenter Obituary

Norma Faye Carpenter

Norma Faye Koinzan Carpenter, born October 12, 1936, longtime resident of Springfield, MO, went to be with her Savior on February 20th. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Alberta Koinzan, siblings Lyndell Ann, James, and Elvin and an infant granddaughter, Erica Angelo. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Merlin Carpenter, a surviving brother Bill (Adele) Koinzan, her five children Michael (Kim), Patty (Jerry) Hudson, David, Joyce (Roy) Ward, Juanita (David) Angelo, ten grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at Berean Baptist Church, Thursday, February 25, 2016, 11:00am. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00am, just prior to the service. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Berean Baptist Building fund.
