Alexis Nicole Bonadies

Alexis Nicole Bonadies, 15, of Fort Myers passed away Friday, February 12, 2016. She was born in Lehigh Acres on May 13, 2000 to Louis and Kim Bonadies. She was a sophomore at Riverdale High School.

Alexis was an IB student who enjoyed taking selfies, singing, and listening to music especially her favorite band, One Direction. She'll be remembered for her vibrant personality, her memorable laugh, her sense of humor, the silly songs and crazy dances she made up and her selfless gesture of giving life to others by being an organ donor.

Alexis is survived by her parents: Louis and Kim Bonadies; her brother, Joey; her grandparents, Maryann and Nicholas Bonadies; aunts and uncles: Edward (Tara) Bonadies, Michelle (Mike) Libertella, Tammy DiGiglio, Andrew Vanore and Carmela Vanore; Cousins: Nicky, Erica, Oceana and Sequioa Bonadies, DanaMarie and Andrew Vanore, Taryn Brodsky and Ashley and Cathleen St. Lawrence.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 2 to 8 pm at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers. The funeral mass will be celebrated 10 am Friday, February 19, 2016 at St. Raphael Catholic Church 2514 Lee Blvd. in Lehigh Acres. Interment will be private. The Celebration of Life will continue at Six Bends Harley-Davidson immediately following the mass. Info 239-334-4880

Those we love don't go away, they walk besides us everyday, unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.
