Arthur Lesage Obituary


Obituary

Arthur R. LeSage, Jr., 82, died peacefully at Gulf Coast Village Care Center, Cape Coral, FL. Mr. LeSage was raised in Everett, MA and served on active duty in the US Coast Guard during World War II. He settled and raised his family in Tewksbury, MA, worked at Raytheon Co. for 31 years, then retired for 14 years to Hampstead, NH. He and his wife moved to Florida in 1999. Mr. LeSage was a past Worthy Patron of the OES, Somerville, MA; a past Master of the Masonic Lodge, Somerville, MA; and a member of the Shrine in Wilmington, MA and in Ft. Myers, FL.

Mr. LeSage is survived by his wife of 57 years, I. Carol LeSage of Cape Coral, FL; his daughter Janet Bass and her husband David of Cape Coral, FL; his son Gordon and his wife Marlana of Sandown, NH; his brother Henry Mimonski and his wife Stella of Surprise, AZ; four grandchildren: Keith Bass, Corey Bass, Kurtis LeSage and Allison LeSage; and 2 great-grandchildren: Shyanne and Alexis LeSage.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 27 at 3:00 PM at the Gulf Coast Village Care Center Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Hope Hospice, 2430 Diplomat Pkwy. E., Cape Coral, FL 33909 or to Gulf Coast Village Care Center, 1333 Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral, FL 33991.
