CLARA IRELAND KENNEDY

September 25, 2011

Clara Ireland Kennedy 82, of St. James City, Florida passed away peacefully on September 25, at Shell Point Hospice with her loving family by her side. Memorial Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday November 19, 2011 at the Hodges Kiser Funeral Home in Fort Myers, Florida.

Clara was born in Amityville, New York to Rufus Ireland and Dorothy Stearns. She is survived by her husband George Kennedy, her brother Myton Ireland, her sister Sully Harwell and her four children: Jim Lewis (Pat), Stephannie Peterson (Brooke), Murney Lewis (LeeAnn), Suzanne Confoy and seven Grandchildren: Austin, Brian, and Blaine Peterson, Stephanie, Morandi, and Ashlee Jones, Tyler and Robert Confoy, and six great grandchildren, Jack, Cole, Max, Charlie, Stella, and Cullen Peterson.

It is requested by the family in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Hope Hospice, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Fort Myers, Florida 33908. www.kiserfh.com
