Ethan Elliott Becker

Ethan Becker was born on October 17, 1989 in Fort Myers, Florida. He brought constant joy into our lives from the moment of his birth until his sudden, tragic death on January 14, 2010.

In his short life, Ethan touched the hearts of everyone who met him. Ethan loved life and lived his days with fun and laughter. His kind, tender and loving spirit will always be remembered. Ethan will be missed beyond comprehension.

Ethan was a member of the Lehigh Acres Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. His faith in his loving Creator, Jehovah God, molded his life. This faith was shared by his family and friends and will give all of us the strength and comfort to cope with this immense loss and look to the future with confidence that we will see him again.

Ethan is survived by his father, Donald Becker; his mother, Edith Becker; his brother, Alex Becker,; his grandmothers, Winifred Mironchuk and Elfriede Ettenhuber; along with aunts, uncles, many cousins and dear friends.

The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 23rd at 2:00 PM at the Lehigh Senior High School Auditorium, 901 Gunnery Road, Lehigh Acres.

Dear Don, Edie and family,

Our common enemy is a respecter of no one, age or gender or righteous. This enemy is only intent on conquest. Thankfully, our Lord Jesus is the ultimate conqueror and will put an end to this enemy and will fully break up the works of the devil. (1 Jo 3:8)What a beautiful time that will be when Ethan along with all who have succumbed to death "will be with [Jesus] in paradise" (Lu 23:42, 43) To that end, Jesus died for all, was raised from the dead providing this guarantee.(Jo 3:16, Acts 17:31) Soon your grief will be forgotten, replaced with tears of joy and great ecstasy. (Mark 5:41, 42) Until then, we pray for your endurance and comfort from our Father of tender mercy.

We have never met you or your son. We heard about your loss from his cousin who we met in South Africa at the international convention. We just wanted to let you know how sorry we are.
