My deepest condolences to the family & friends of Nan Cardinal. I never personally met Nan but my story roots from her past & we are connected by blood. My name is Amy Williams, my father is Richard Williams & my Uncle Toni Williams, Nan & her brother Jack are siblings from Norman Williams. They lost touch growing up when they were young so I wanted to do something special for my dad & find his long lost siblings. In my search I came across many dead ends, sad ones after the findings that their brother Jack was no longer w/us but I never gave up on Nan until one day it finally came to an end & got in touch w/Nans late husband, Con Cardinals daughters. Without hesitation they were so kind & gave me her contact info which I quickly passed it onto my father & for the first time in years they finally spoke. It was complete joy amongst them to be reunite again. It couldnt have happened at a better time considering the sad news that was presented by her illness & how much time she had left on this earth. Though I did not know at the time, I do believe my fight for searching for her was an unknowingly reason & somewhat of a sign of urgency to reunite all her siblings before she passed to bring her all the more comfort to her mind, body & soul. Thank you Nan for welcoming us with open arms & sharing what you remember about our family history. It was my pleasure & I hope it brought you peace.
