Danny Clements Obituary
Danny was born on October 1, 1941, to the late Stanley and Zelma Clements and was also preceded in death by a brother Buddy (Betty) Clements, and a brother-in-law, Michael Cantrell.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Darlene Cantrell Clements; a son, Dwayne (Wanda) Clements; a stepson, Toby (Amy) Rosser; his grandchildren, Logan and Katie Rosser; his mother-in-law, Gladys Cantrell; brother-in-law, Greg Cantrell (Rhonda); sister-in-law, Sharon Cantrell; special cousin, Wayne Crowell (Christina); aunt, Delores Robertson; many other, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Danny served his country in the US Navy; had a passion for music and played in several bands and loved to play golf at Ivy Hills.
A private celebration of Danny's life will be held at Meade Memorial Cemetery at 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2024 by Pastor Wayne Hudson officiating, with military honors provided by American Legion Post 16.
Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Cross Baptist Church, 1700 James Street, Lynchburg, VA 24501.

One of the best pictures I have with him from our Tennessee trip years ago. I got to know my uncle better these last 5-10 years, and I'm so glad I did. He was quick witted and I loved his humor

Danny was a gentleman and a good person. You could not find a better person at Ivy Hill golf club. I had many golf matches with him, J. O. Jones and his brother Buddy. He will be missed and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
