Dianne Mitchell Obituary
Born on January 7, 1943 she was in her 79th year. Dianne was survived by her son, John Mitchell of Evington; two daughters, Bridget Burnley and her husband, David of Hurt, and Amy Queen and her husband, Jimmy of Goode; two brothers, Ronnie Hall and Jesse Hall; five sisters, Peggy Epperson, Joyce Irby, Inez Crews, Nancy Shelton, and Vicki Wilson. She was the proud grandmother of Rachel Vest, Emily Schmitz and April Brock and her greatest joy was spending time with her great-grandchildren, Carson Vest, Ella Schmitz and Rheed Vest. She was preceded in death by her brother, Newton Hall.
She loved to garden and took great pride in her home. A farm girl at heart, she loved all animals and wildlife. Most of all she loved her family and instilled good values in her children and grandchildren that have served us well. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Finch & Finch Chapel, Altavista by the Pastor Andrew Reisberg and Jimmy Queen.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at Finch & Finch Funeral and Cremation Service, Altavista.
