I first knew Frank when he went to work in Dublin at Laurens Park Mills after he retired form C&S, then later our paths crossed when he worked at Bank of Perry. Frank always had a smile and a joke or two to tell. He was always one of the happiest people I know. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
