Dad, I will always love you. I thank God for giving me memories of you celebrating my accomplishments, encouraging and praising me, cheering me on through challenges, singing to me, and treating me to gourmet meals. These memories will keep you near to me while you are enjoying a pain-free body and mansion in heaven.

TO THE PATRICK FAMILY:
I am sorry about the loss of your father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He was very smart, talented, generous and just a very special amazing person. The world will not be the same without him. May God give you all the strength, comfort, and peace to continue your journey in a manner that is respectful of his life and his love for you. May his memories provide you with warmth and remind you of how much he loved his family and friends.
Rest in peace Pat knowing that you had a life well lived. I am so glad that I met you last summer and that we had a nice family reunion trip to the Biltmore Estate. I will never forget your generosity and kindness.

Horace, there is a big hole in this world that you used to fill. Everything about you will be missed. You were always full of surprises -- including the latest surprise of showing up after midnight at our reunion in Asheville, NC on June 21, 2024. Thank you for so many good memories that make me smile -- the way you told your stories, the way you became a barber, the way you retired from the government job, the way you checked in with Weight Watchers' when you came to visit in Rockledge, FL, the way you would take us shopping at the commissary at Patrick AFB in Cocoa Beach, FL, the way you showed your love and support for your children. I promise to stay close and bring our children together as a family. I love you 'bro.

Dear Daddy,

I'm heartbroken that you had to leave us. Words cannot express how much I miss you already.

You were always there for me. I'll never forget the countless times you drove me back and forth to UVA, paid for my college education, drove my firstborn back and forth to college (until you bought both her and her younger sister brand new cars to drive themselves back and forth to college), and how your even taught them to trade stocks and stock options.

We will miss you and all of the holidays and all of our trips to visit you. We had such great times with you and always enjoyed being with you. You fueled my dreams, and I'll be forever grateful for your love and the legacy that you've left for us.

Love,
Andrea

Love you granddaddy! Your house was my second home & your doors were always open. I will miss my trading buddy dearly, we used to call eachother everyday to see what our strategy was. I will miss your home cooked breakfasts you´d make me 3 perfectly cooked filet mignon steaks and eggs, just for me, I would always wobble from your dining room table to the bed. I miss your joyful laugh and peaceful company. You have inspired me to have strong faith & take risks and march toward high acheivement, no dream was ever too big. I love you always and forever Granddaddy.
