Otis Turner Obituary
Mr. Otis Turner of Lynchburg passed away on July 30, 2021, after battling cancer. He was born on February 18, 1952, to the late Joseph Sr. and Sarah Turner.
Otis is survived by his wife, Linda G. Turner; children, Rahman (Jennifer) Turner, Stacy Carter, Nigel "Jax" Turner, and Deja Gentry; grandchildren, Jayce Turner and Vaughan Turner; his siblings, Mary (Roosevelt) Miller, Florence Johnson, Edith Turner, Flora Anderson, Joseph (Criscilla) Turner, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Bolling Hill Baptist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. His remains will be open to the public one hour prior to the service. The family will receive friends and the cortege will assemble at the residence. Please follow the rules and regualtions for COVID-19.
