Ms. Peggy J. Hurt, age 82, of Bedford, departed this life on Saturday, April 3, 2021.
She is survived by one son, Dean C. Hurt (Candace); two granddaughters, Amanda M. Arnold and Blake Hurt; special niece and caregiver, Janet Poindexter; other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 1 p.m. in the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel (family only.) The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 6 until 7 p.m. in the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel. In compliance with COVID-19 regulations, masks are required. Arrangements by Bedford Funeral Home.

So saddened to hear, Ms Peggy was such a burst of sunshine full of laughs and when I would go to visit her she would smile and we would talk about the old days and catch up on how everybody was doing and where are they now always reading a book, My deepest condolences to Dean and the Hurt family,
