To Cory's family,

I was saddened to hear of Cory's passing. I know how difficult it is to lose a child. Remember the Foot Prints in the Sand, Lean on Jesus and he will carry you through these difficult times. Cory, my brother Vinson, Cora Beth and I used to hang out all the time when we were kids. Cory was always a thoughtful and considerate person. I know he was a great husband and father as well. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

With Deepest Sympathy,
Aimee Ford

Jeanna, Laney, Mar, Stu, Poppy, and Brandon,
I don't have any words of comfort for you, God knows I wish I did. Cory was a very special boy who grew into a wonderful husband and daddy. It was not only a testimony to Cory these last few days but a tribute to the 2 who raised him to be the man he was.
Jeanna, you already know how you have amazed me this past week, you made Cory so happy and completed him
for that I thank you. Lil Rabbit you are the sunshine of his life always know that. Pop you made it through your reading and it was beautiful and Brandon hold to your baby brothers memory and know that he loves you. There is a song Rusty down-loaded the day of the funeral, the words are something like this God only crys for the living, cause its the living who are so far from home,
Corey is home and what a glorious day it will be when we are all home.
Stu I pray that this somehow will strengthen your work for the Lord there are still many who need to hear the Word and you arethe one to tell them.
May God give you peace and wrap His arms around you all.
Love
Wendi, Rick, Rusty, Brooke & "Jake"

Sis, You know how much I love Cory. You also know that when you need me all you have to do is call. I will miss him so much and will think about him everyday, just like I do Jake and Mom. Please let God and Oshie be your salvation now and watch her grow to be as beautiful and a wonderful person as Cory was. You and Stu have overcome so much in the past years and I know this is going to be the hardest, lean on each other for strength like you always do. Your house is home to many, including me. You have the strengh, sense of humur, and the faith to help you, and you have the family that loves you so much and will always be here for you. I love you Sis!

THANK YOU EVERYONE, FOR YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. CORY HAD SO MANY PEOPLE WHO THOUGHT SO MUCH OF HIM, AND IT PROVED IT WHEN ALL YOU THAT WERE ABLE TO SHOW UP AT THE FUNERAL HOME, DID. I WILL MISS MY HUSBAND SO MUCH. HE WAS MY EVERYTHING. BUT THE GOOD THING ABOUT CORY, IS HE GAVE ME THE MOST PRECIOUS DAUGHTER. I WILL BE ABLE TO SEE CORY EVERYDAY IN HER. SHE WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHO HER DADDY IS . AND ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS HE ALWAYS DID FOR DELANEY AND I. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. AND DELANEY DOES TOO. WE THANK ALL OF YOU FOR THE LETTERS AND SUPPORT. THANKS JEANNA MITCHELL AND DELANEY MITCHELL.

CORY, YOU WERE SUCH A GREAT SON IN LAW. I KEEP THINKING ABOUT WHEN JEANNA WAS PREGNANT AND YOU WANTED LANEY OUT SO BAD, THAT YOU TOLD JEANNA THAT IF SHE DRANK CASTOR OIL, YOU WOULD DRINK IT WITH HER. AND YOU DID, ONLY SHE TRICKED YOU AND DRANK WATER! I WILL REMEMBER HOW YOU AND I HAD OUR LITTLE SECRETS, :) AND YOU WERE SO AGREEABLE WITH EVERYONE. AND HOW YOU WOULD NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE WITHOUT MAKING LANEY KISS HER GRANNA. I WILL MISS YOU AND I LOVE YOU. YOUR MOTHER IN LAW

The Mitchell Family,
My prayers are with u in this time of lost. Cory wouldnt have wanted us to be sad but to think about all the wonderful memories that were made. I know he loved his wife and baby girl b/c he told me. Growing up with Cory and knowing him so well...The day he said those words to me "I have finally found the reason for my life...my wife and baby girl; I knew he meant it!! I'm so grateful for all the time I got to spend with the Mitchell Family...I always said they were like my family. Take care and hold your head up and smile b/c that is what Cory would have said..."Everything is going to be ok"!
God Bless, Jessica & Jared
