Mr. Harris was a good and kindhearted man. He sponsored me to go to Camp KumBaYah for many years in the 90s from the age of 8 and it was there where I got my first summer job! He will be missed!

Billy was a good friend whose wit and wisdom I will always remember. I have 3 of his creative, humorous pencil drawings hanging just outside my office. I think he was an artistic genius; of course, he would humbly laugh at that! Attorney, magician, fisherman, world traveler, humanitarian, board member, and close friend of Lynchburg's only "saint" -- Bev Cosby! What a full life he led! My condolences to Betty and the rest of the family. Their hearts must be heavy, but hopefully their memories of this incredible man will give them comfort. RIP Billy Harris........Bill B.
