AMBROSINO - Anthony S., of Amityville, LI on August 12, 2008. Beloved husband of Mary. Devoted father of Denise Stevens and her husband John, Lynn Bonanno and Keith and Scott Ambrosino. Fond brother of Joseph Ambrosino. Loving grandfather of Shannon, Tara and Dru. Also predeceased by seven brothers and sisters. Reposing 2-4:30 and 7-9:30pm today (Thursday) at Powell Funeral Home, Inc., 67 Broadway (Rte. 110) Amityville. Funeral prayers Friday 10:30am at the funeral home. Interment to follow with military honors at Calverton National Cemetery.

Dear Keith, Mary, Scott, Lynn and Denise. I'm so sorry for your loss. I only met your dad once at the bbq at Lynn's house. He was such a nice and funny guy. I'm sorry that I did not know him longer, but I'm glad that I did meet him. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
