CARPINELLI - Anthony "Tony," passed away on January 4, 2017. Longtime resident of Pt. Washington, he was born in Brooklyn on September 5, 1941. Beloved husband of Maria. Loving father of Anthony and Donna Valenti (Dan). Cherished grandfather of Olivia, Danny and Luke. Dear brother of Rose Caruso and Robert "Bob." Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Tony was a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus, serving in many capacities for over 41 years and was currently serving as Grand Knight, for the Pt. Washington Council. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9pm at the Fairchild Funeral Chapel, 1570 Northern Blvd Manhasset. Funeral Mass, Monday 10:30am at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Manorhaven. Interment to follow at Nassau Knolls Cemetery, Pt. Washington. In lieu of flowers donations to Our Lady of Fatima Church, Restoration Fund, 6 Cottonwood Rd., Pt. Washington, NY 11050 or St. Francis Hospital, 100 Pt. Washington Blvd. Roslyn, NY 11576 would be greatly appreciated.

I'll never forget Mr. Anthony Carpinelli who received me kindly, him and his family, in his warm house of Port Washington.
