HOGAN - Barbara (nee Benson) of New Hyde Park, NY on January 29, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Joseph C. Devoted mother of 9; Billy, Brenda, Barbara Persico (Emilio), Betty, Brian (Rosie), Tish, Kerry Thornton (Patrick), the late Little Joseph and the late Bobby (Eileen). Loving grandmother of Eileen, Robert, Ryan, Christopher, Michael, Jimmy, JP, Ariel, Joseph, Brianna, Paris, Kerra, Patrick, Liam, Shannon and Kyle. Adored great grandmother of Tommy, Charlie, Cameron, Ben, Liam, Ryan, Jordan, Andrew, Emerson, Henry and Avery Grace. Dear sister of the late Bill Benson (Barbara) and the late Bob Benson (Diane). Barbara grew up in Jackson Heights, NY and attended Mt. St. Mary's Academy in Lakewood, NJ. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home, 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY. Funeral Mass Thursday 9:15am at Notre Dame Church. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to The National Emphysema Foundation or The Autism Foundation would be appreciated.
