Loving mother of Leonard and Margaret Modelewski, Christopher and Susan Modelewski, and the late Gary Modelewski. Dear grandmother of Leonard and Kelly Modelewski, Cheryl and Bogar Monter, Christopher, Hailey and Matthew Modelewski. Cherished great-grandmother of Leonard, Nicholas and Mckenna. Visiting Wednesday 2-5 and 7-9pm at Brueggemann Funeral Home, 522 Larkfield Road, East Northport. Funeral Mass Friday 10:45am at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, East Northport.
