After so many years I find myself unable to change my company website that still includes my friend and colleague. The pain has lessened but still remains. May God's grace shine upon The loving Borella family.

I think of Ed often. He was a great friend and boss. We had a love of sailing and, back in the day, running marathons, in common. I bought my first sailboat from Ed. I loved our telephone conversations where we just never ran out of things to talk about. He was taken from us way too soon.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Ed..i worked with him for many years back in the Ebasco days. We had a wonderful group of people in the Nuclear group back then...we worked hard...got things done but yet always felt like we were part of another family...our work family. May he R.I.P..taken way too soon. May the family find comfort in all the wonderful memories and know he will still watch over you from heaven. My deepest condolances..you are in my thoughts and prayers.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any man's death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.

I helped start the Ebasco running club in the late 1970s and Ed was one of our early members. We lost touch over the years, but I still fondly remember the time I spent with him.

Too soon, my friend, you were a great boss and a great friend. I bought my first sailboat from you and it hooked me for life. So many great conversations over the years about sailing, dogs, running. So many great stories. You were unique and I will miss you.
