I knew Frank through my brother David Nolan, who both attended St Anthony´s HS IN Smithtown ( San Remo) Long Island. David and Frank stayed in touch over the phone. We are saddened to learn of Frank´s passing. He was a spirited, friendly and enjoyable person. His commitment to our nation was exemplary and distinguished. How better could a life be led? God bless his family.
