Gail Zboray Obituary

Zboray - Gail (Ruge), age 84, formerly of Long Island, NY, passed away on March 6, 2023, in Spring Hill, FL. Beloved wife of 64 years to her high school sweetheart, Charles. Survived by loving sister, Joan (Muller) Kopsick. Loving mother to Kathy (Steven), Joanne (Cliff) and Karen (Norm). Amazing grandma to Kelvin (Katrina), Jessica (Codie), Justin (Katie), Cody (Nicole) and Devon. Gail worked in the Shoreham Wading River School District in NY for over 20 years after raising her three daughters. She loved all beaches and oceans, including Montauk, NY, where she spent many summers with her family. After retiring to Spring Hill, FL, Gail enjoyed playing golf, bocce ball and singing in her church choir. Gail will be missed by all that knew her. A celebration of life will be held at a later date on Long Island, NY.

Condolences to the family. Gail was a lovely neighbor and friend. The world benefits from people as kind, thoughtful and caring as Gail.
Charlie was a WMHS colleague and admired friend of my husband, Rick.
