Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. Arrangements entrusted to Branch Funeral Home of Miller Place. Visitation will be held Sunday, 1-3 and 7-9PM. A funeral service will be Monday, 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery. For in lieu of flowers, refer to the website. www.branchfh.com

Dear Diane, words cannot express my deepest sympathy for you and your family. George was such a loving and spiritual man that will be truly missed by all who knew him. I remember when I started going to SBCC, I had gone into the hardware store where he worked and I said "I know you, you go to my church!" He looked at me with such a twinkle in his eye and smiled. He always had that same twinkle in his eye! May all the happy memories ease your comfort. Many prayers and Blessings. With love
