I was very lucky to grow up across the street from "Auntie Helen" as her door was always open. She taught me to play Mahjong, to play Heart & Soul on the piano and when we worked together @ Macy's, she always had a little treat to share behind the counter. She loved to garden, and in the summer she would leave bags of her tomatoes on our front porch. After my parents passed, she would send me photos of them from the many trips they took together. She was a remarkable women who touched the lives of all those she knew. A better friend / neighbor you could not have wished for! Sending lots of love to you all during this difficult time.

My mother, Dorothy, worked with Mrs. Mow for many years at Macy*s and they continued their friendship after retirement. Describing her with "generosity of spirit and devotion to family and friends", could not be more accurate. She meant the world to my mom and was always a loyal friend to her especially when she needed her the most. I am so sorry for your loss.
