We knew Him to Be PO. sergeant, Lieutenant , Captain, Deputy Inspector, The he received His Birds as a Full inspector .... Assistant Chief , Wow this Man is rising to be Police Commissioner I had happen to know Him as Being my Commanding Officer . I was one of His Sergeants ..... He was on the Ball, knew the job in and out , He Knew the Politics that goes a High Position and continue to keep going.....Only one thing stepped into His Career that would end it....... RUNNING TO HELP those in Need at the World Trade Centers...... As when those Terrorist attacked Our Towers in Our City and we represent the People of New York City... It began to be Personal business...Captain Molloy Rose to the occasion , placing other's first and not just thinking of One Self , but of Other's........ Glad many of US in the NYPD got to know such a kind good man........ Tough as steel.... Retired Sergeant Gerard Hinton 23, 34 , 90,75 th,and the 101..........
