John was the first person I met when I moved to West Islip. He was one of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met in my life. Our community and the world has lost a wonderful human being. I will always remember him and his big smile. My deepest condolences to your family.

Wow. I am still in shock over this. John was one of the rare good guys who would give you the shirt off of his back. We hung out and kept in touch for the past 30 years. I am so crushed that he is no longer with us. John you will be truly missed Brother and Rest In Peace my Friend.

I very much enjoyed having John as a student in our 12th grade English class. He was a good, big-hearted guy and will be missed. So sorry for your loss...
