Timothy, and loving father-in-law of Alicia. Loving grandfather of John. Reposing New Hyde Park Funeral Home, 506 Lakeville Road, New Hyde Park, NY, on Friday, August 4th, 2023, from 2-5 PM and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Saturday at Our Lady of Snows Church at 10:00 AM. Interment St. John's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Tunnel to Towers, P.O. Box 70719, Philadelphia, PA 19176.

Deepest sympathy to Johnny, Tim, Alicia and John on the passing of your lovely Father and Grandad. John was a gentleman and great fun. I will never forget the kindness he and Eileen showed us when we visited their home in Queens. May his gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Sincere condolences to Johnny, Tim, Alicia and young John on the sad passing of your beloved dad and grandad. Also condolences to his wider family and friends. John was a wonderful man and we all got to know him and his dear sister Helen on their early trips to Ireland. They were so loved by everyone over here and were so proud of their Mayo ancestry. When we moved over to NJ in late '80s John was so kind to us and always had that great welcome for us. So Rest in Peace John.
