Dear Rosemary & Bill: Once again, I am so deeply sorry to offer my sincere condolences to you, his family, along with my thoughts & prayers for your loss of a beloved family member. A friend from NY TELCO told me of his passing &, although Gina had told me Joe was ailing, I was still stunned. I will always remember the very good egg your Joe was & all the good times we shared. They really were, "the best of times." I hope all of you will find comfort in all those good times, as well.

Dear Rosemary and Billy, I am writing for my mother Gretchen who is so deeply saddened by this news. Joe (and your family) hold a very special place in her heart as Joe was so very kind and generous to her when she worked for him. There are no words she can offer at this time because she is overcome with grief, but just know that she thought the world of Joe and her world is emptier knowing that he isn't with you all. In sympathy and love. Lorraine Mosteiro for Gretchen Reisen.

Death is never, ever easy.... Especially when someone dies too early. Although he was our family... He was kinder than you'd expect at times when you needed him most. We lost our daughter, Cynthia, in 1993. Because of his kind heart
