Marie, OP was born into eternal life on December 21, 2022. Sister is survived by the Sisters of St. Dominic and her loving family. Funeral Mass and Burial will take place on December 29, 2022 at the Motherhouse. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sisters of St. Dominic of Amityville, 555 Albany Avenue, Amityville, NY 11701.

Sr. Martha Marie was my seventh grade teach at St. Nicholas grammar school in Brooklyn, New York!
Still today, I think of her as my favorite teacher of all times. She chose me to be Prefect of The Blessed Virgin Sodality and since then I have had a devotion to Our Blessed Mother. Thank you Sister Martha. May you rest in Peace. I always thought you were so beautiful!!!
