I was a relatively new acquaintance of Matt's. We were both members of the World Fixers, a group of retiree's who meet every month to discuss the problems of the world, and to suggest solutions.

As a fellow Irishman, our acquaintance quickly became a friendship, and a contest as to who had the most blarney. Seriously, Matt was a great contributor to World Fixers, and we will all miss his contributions, Irish wit and humor.

May he be enjoying all of the Irish in heaven!

The McCarthy Family,

It was a pleasure caring for Mr McCarthy at the Kettering office, his intelligence just simply shined through I loved his accent and sweet personality. I will keep you all in my prayers.
