Matty was very special to me and I will miss him greatly. I am still shocked about his passing. Although we never met in person we had dreamt about a lot of things one of which was marriage. I love you Matty and I miss you deeply.

Mat was a very special guy. He was smart, funny, caring and knew how to be a good friend. He was also a very talented engineer (remember "AUDIOMAT"). No matter what, he could always make us laugh. In his time here on earth, Mat was responsible for a lot of smiles. God bless you Mat - may you rest in peace.

Mat was a dear friend that I met through the modern marvels of the internet. Although, having never met him in person, I knew he had a wonderful soul, so full of laughter and love for his family. My prayers go out to each and everyone touched by the sorrow of his loss. May peace be with you all.

I worked with Matt back in 1976 at Periphonics Corporation. At that time he drove an orange Corvett. He was so funny he use to introduce himself like this: "Hi There I'm Matt Restivo and I drive an Orange Corvett and I'm big around here" from the first day I started working at Periphonics he made me feel so comfortable. He was a good friend Although I have not seen him in a very long time I often thought of him. I loved him and so did my husband he will be missed. Rose DeNicola
