I worked with Mike at RCA, FTCCommunications and British Telecom. He was a great boss and special friend. He is missed by anyone who knew him.

Mike and I met when I was at BT International and we worked together later in BT North America. Although I was his boss for a couple of years he was the wise one. Together at the UN in New York we signed a transatlantic multi year contract with GE valued at over $20 m to BT alone
He was my counsellor and friend and the best of men. We played on opposite sides in the BT Ryeder Cup at Rye New York. He was always the one with the best smile win or lose. We lost a great professional and family man. Never to be forgotten

We want to send our deepest condolences to the Kielty family. I knew Mike since grammar school where we were in the same class and played on the basketball team for St.Sebastian. I have so many fond memories of Mike from our days in school and out of school. Mike was always someone I admired and respected. We know he is at peace now. We also know he would have wanted the family to be at peace. We are sorry we could not make it back to say a final goodbye. I will always remember Mike as the way I last saw him smiling in the picture of our group at the Northwestern game. There is an addition in Heaven today.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Mike´s passing. I worked with and for Mike from the late 80s, and in 98 he gave me the opportunity to work in the US. Those eight years were a positively life changing experience for my young family. He was a joy to work for, a keen listener and a fine leader who inspired many to go the extra mile. His memory will stay with me, and my thoughts are with the Keilty family at this time.
