I had the pleasure of knowing Ralph since I was a teenager and he was a great friend and father figure to me for 30 years. He was so much fun to be with! A magnetic personality that you couldn't help but be drawn to. I miss you so much Ralph, but I know you'll be the mayor of heaven! I'm so deeply sorry and saddened for the family's loss.
